You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking once your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address — I can’t replace items sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Returns are not accepted unless there is an issue with your order.
Custom items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they haven’t shipped yet.

Custom or personalized creations are final sale.
Please review your details carefully before submitting.
