Refunds & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.
Returns
Because many items are handmade, made-to-order, or personal-care products, returns aren’t accepted unless there’s an issue with your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom pieces can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
