At Vivida Healing, every order is packed with intention and care. Here’s how shipping flows:
Processing Time
Most handmade items ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the product.
Custom or energy-infused pieces may take a bit longer — each one is created with love and precision.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Trendy Merch Items
Our trendy merch (apparel, accessories, print-on-demand items) ships directly from our manufacturer.
This means:
Longer shipping times
Separate shipping costs
Your merch may arrive in a separate package from your handmade Vivida Healing items
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. I can’t replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are out of my control. If a package is delayed or marked as lost, I’ll do my best to help you communicate with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with a photo so I can replace it or make it right.
